Stimeout command usage and example

The following command increases the command-line timeout:

pal-set-sys-stimeout 300

Sets the system command-line timeout to 300 seconds (5 minutes). This can be useful when entering lengthy commands that may take more time to type than the default timeout allows. Increasing the timeout helps prevent the session from expiring before the command is fully entered and executed.
