If your unmanaged switch no longer provides network connectivity to connected devices, please perform the following checks:
- Verify that the switch is powered on
- Confirm that the power LED is illuminated and that the adapter is securely connected and the endpoint device.

- Test an alternate switch port
- Move the affected cable to a different port on the switch and observe whether the link/activity LEDs appear on the new port.

- Test the uplink connection
- Connect devices with statically assigned IP addresses on both sides of the uplink connection to verify communication through the switch.

- Test communication between downlink ports
- Connect two devices with statically assigned IP addresses to separate switch ports and confirm they can communicate with each other.

- Perform a bench test or relocate the switch
- Move the switch to a known-good location or test it on a bench using known-good cables and devices to rule out environmental or infrastructure-related issues.
