Error 503 - Service Not Available

If you encounter this error while working with a 1G switch (such as an NV-PL-024, NV-PL-048, NV-FLX-024, or NV-CLR-024), there may be an issue with the service.

For our example we will restart the http service, as this error is thrown when attempting to use the web interface (GUI).

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Access the Device via CLI
   • Use a tool like PuTTY for SSH or Telnet access.
   • If using a serial console, ensure the baud rate is set to 115200.
      
2. Run the following command to restart both HTTP and HTTPS:
   • pal-service-http both
