Are the Phybridge LB-PA111 adapters compatible with the PoLRE 24/48 (NV-PL-024/NV-PL-048) switches?

No, the LB-PA111 adapters are EOL and are not compatible with any of the PoLRE family products.

The replacement product for the Phybridge LB-PA111 PhyAdapter VOIP would essentially be a full upgrade to the PoLRE-managed switch and Phylink adapter solution.
