How do you join the NV-EC1701 transceivers?

1. Connect two NV-EC1701 transceivers using a coax jumper.
2. Apply power to one of the NV-EC1701 using its 55VDC power supply.
3. On the Head Unit NV-EC1701, using the straightened paper clip, momentarily depress and release the small push-button located behind and slightly above the RJ45 LED.

4. The Power LED will begin blinking.
5. Depress the same push button on the End Point NV-EC1701.
6. Both transceivers are now in "Join Mode". They will find each other and establish encrypted communication.
7. In about 10 seconds, the BNC LEDs on both NV-EC1701 will illuminate (blinking or steady on), and the Power LED will be on, indicating a successful Join.

NOTE: You can factory reset each of the EC-1701 units by pressing and holding on to the 'Join' (push-button located behind and slightly above the RJ45 LED) button until all the LEDs flash once.
