Why does the NV-EC1701 have a PoE toggle? how to set it on the head unit and the base unit?

The PoE toggle on the devices is an older revision, therefore the toggle switch should be set to OFF on the EC-1701 connected to the network, and it should be ON when connected to the camera (provided the camera accepts PoE).
