First - confirm that you are using the power supply provided with the StubEQ Hub. Some cameras have an out-of-spec DC offset. If any of the cameras you have connected to the NV-3242 have this offset, the channel amplifiers consume more current than normal, resulting in this condition. Measure DC voltage at camera BNC or on UTP to verify. Alternately, remove one or more RJ45 from NV-3242 to determine if reducing the number of channels being used clears up the video on the remaining channels, and causes the Power LED to return to On. The solution is either to add a DC blocker at the RJ45 input to the NV-3242 or to deploy two NV-1642s.
