What do the LEDs on the NVT Phybridge PoLRE24/48 (NV-PLR-024/NV-PLR-048) managed switch mean? and what to do if the fault LED blinks?

3 LEDs on the front panel of the switch indicate the following,

RUN (green)        -  Flashes during startup. Lights up solid when the unit is running. 

ALARM (amber)   - Flashes once during startup, then turns off. Lights up solid to indicate a problem with the PSU.

FAULT (red)         -   Flashes once during startup, then turns off. Lights up solid to indicate a software or hardware failure.
