Yes, the NVT Phybridge 1701+ (NV-EC1701PLS) kit can be connected to the existing Coax, UTP, or 2-wire (18/2) cabling infrastructure.  

Maximum allowable distance on the cable to ensure remote NVT Phybridge 1701+ (NV-EC1701PLS) receives adequate power:

• Coax cable - 8,000 ft (2400m)
• CAT cable  - 4,000 ft (1200m)
• 18/2 wire   - 2,000ft (600m)
